Fully furnished kitchens with full-sized appliances. Outdoor grills to fire up the catch of the day and your own fire pit to gather around. Even your own [pontoon boat](https://www.covesylvanbeach.com/sylvan-beach-supply-co/pontoon-boat-rentals), reserved for you for the length of your stay.
The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and en suite, along with two additional bedrooms with two full XL beds each. The open concept living room and dining room offer contemporary comforts while the idyllic location, reserved exclusively for our guests, offers a getaway unlike any other. ### PRIVATE BOAT AND SLIP INCLUDED WITH STAY
Each unit has a pontoon boat reserved exclusively for its guests for the week, along with its own slip. For guests of The Cove at Sylvan Beach who are bringing their own boat, additional slips are available at no charge.
We require that the individual who will be operating the pontoon boat completes a [boater safety course](https://www.boatus.org/newyork/) and shows proof of completion during boat orientation. Get ahead by registering and completing the course prior to arrival.

Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath units include a master bedroom with a king-size bed, en suite bathroom and a smart TV. A second guest bedroom has two full XL beds, while the third guest room has bunk beds with full XL beds. A fully furnished kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, full-size appliances, kitchen essentials and a dining table. The open concept living room offers a second smart TV. Every unit also has its own gas grill and fire pit.
