Each 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment boasts a master bedroom with a king-size bed, in-suite bathroom and a smart TV. The guest room is equipped with two full XL beds and an adjacent, full-size bathroom
Your stay also includes a gas grill, private fire pit and more. Dive into the heated pool, let loose on the playground and make a splash with your very own private pontoon boat for the duration of your stay!

Each unit has a pontoon boat reserved exclusively for its guests for the week, along with its own slip. For guests of The Cove at Sylvan Beach who are bringing their own boat, additional slips are available at no charge.
We require that the individual who will be operating the pontoon boat completes a boater safety course and shows proof of completion during boat orientation. Get ahead by registering and completing the course prior to arrival.
Staying elsewhere on Sylvan Beach or visiting only for the day? While The Cove’s commons areas, pool and playground are reserved for cottage guests, Sylvan Beach Supply Co. is open to all visitors to Oneida Lake, Sylvan Beach or Verona Beach. Boat in and dock at our boatyard to pick up supplies, or ask about our water activities rentals, including kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, water bikes and more.
Our Quarters 2-bedroom apartments offer four private, air-conditioned units, two upper and two lower. Each 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed, en suite bathroom and TV. The guest room has two full XL beds and adjacent full-size bathroom. A fully furnished kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, full-size appliances, kitchen essentials and a dining table for four. The open concept living room offers a second TV. Every unit also has its own gas grill and fire pit.
